Data and purposes

We use email, account ID and authentication information through Firebase Authentication; player-link requests and approval; display name and optional shirt number; match participation, goals, results, awards, ranked ballots and voting receipts; and deletion requests with email and request date. These support sign-in, player identity, voting eligibility, statistics, personalization and account management. Administrators cannot view your password.

Visibility and service providers

Football statistics, player names and profiles are public. Linking and deletion requests are visible only to their owner and the administrator. Individual ballots are private while voting is open. After closing, player selections and ballot identifiers are publicly readable for result verification, without account emails in results. Google Firebase processes account and football data and may process it outside your country and retain service/security logs. Device storage holds sign-in state, language, pinned player and cached app files. Administrator JSON exports are temporarily stored for sharing and then removed from the app's private cache where possible; exported copies outside the app are controlled by their recipients. We do not add advertising, advertising tracking or behavioral analytics, sell data, or request location, contacts, camera or microphone access.

Deletion and retention

Open Account → Delete account and confirm the in-app request. No support email is required to initiate it. Within 7 days the administrator deletes authentication, player linking, personal profile, account requests, ballots and receipts, and emails completion confirmation. New profile changes and voting are blocked while deletion is pending. Removing ballots may change previous voting points and awards. Shared match results remain without identifying the deleted account holder; other players' history is preserved. Account data is retained while active and match data while needed for group history. The deletion request is removed after processing and confirmation. Local caches may take time to refresh; copies previously exported by others cannot be recalled.

Optional group notifications

Enable notifications in Account on iPhone, or Settings for the administrator. After consent, Apple and Firebase Cloud Messaging process an installation identifier or device delivery token and technical data needed to deliver general announcements. We do not link the notification identifier to an account or player profile, or store it in match records. No behavioral analytics or advertising tracking is added. Turn notifications off in the app or iPhone Settings; the app unregisters the device and attempts to remove its Firebase topic subscription and delivery token. Notifications are a device preference independent of sign-in and do not affect voting eligibility. Messages must not contain private account information.

Your choices

Public statistics do not require an account. Voting and profile editing require a verified, administrator-linked account. You can edit your display name and shirt number and contact support for corrections or questions about your data.
